US President Donald Trump has given a special shoutout to his wife Melania during his address to the UN General Assembly. Speaking of her work and efforts to reunite displaced Ukrainian and Russian children with their families, Mr Trump told the assembly: "I also want to recognise the extraordinary work of our great First Lady, who has secured the safe return of many displaced Ukrainian and Russian children back home to their families, so many. Thank you very much, First Lady. "Thank you very much, First Lady, great job. She worked so hard on it. This year, she also became the only First Lady in history to preside over a meeting of the UN Security Council, and she did it very well. "And today she's hosting a gathering of Fostering the Future Together, which has nearly 60 members, to help improve the lives of young people all over the world. So, Melania, thank you very much.
