STRICTLY Come Dancing star Delta Goodrem has sparked fan concern after appearing to be in pain during her show return. The singer and actress made her dancing comeback in Saturday’s live show having missed the previous week due to an injury in rehearsals. Delta, 41, was awarded a bye week last week and returned this weekend to compete after being given the sign off by show medics. And the former Neighbours star came back with a bang as she wowed judges and fans with her Rumba to Celine Dion’s ‘It’s All Coming Back to Me Now’ with pro dancer Kai Widdrington. After receiving high praise from Craig, Motsi, Shirley and Anton, Delta and Kai headed off for their scores – and it was here where fans sensed that the star might still be suffering with her injury. As she was awaiting to hear the results, Delta was seen holding her hand to her right hip. Partner Kai appeared to pick up on his partner’s pain, as he put his own hand to the injured area shortly afterwards and continued to hold it there while the two appeared on camera. The moment didn’t go unnoticed with fans taking to Reddit to express concern for her. “I love Delta but worried she forcing herself to compete. She still holding near her rib when scores came in,” wrote one fan. The British skeleton racer performed her couples choice dance to ‘Stupid Song’ by Olivia Rodrigo and found herself top of the leaderboard ahead of Sunday’s results show.
