Man City fans accuse Premier League of already airbrushing them from history after guilty verdict for serious breaches
MANCHESTER CITY fans have accused the Premier League of already trying to erase them from the history books in the wake of their financial scandal. City were last month found guilty of over 100 breaches of the Prem’s financial rules during a nine-year period. The Etihad club have appealed the bombshell verdict but will likely receive the harshest-ever Prem punishment should they fail to overturn it. The prospect of City being stripped of the three titles they won during their period of breaches is a real possibility. And some of the Etihad faithful reckon the Prem has already tried to airbrush their achievements after seeing one of the latest videos on their official YouTube channel. The video in question was a compilation of goals over the years which have sent stadiums into a “frenzy”.
