'She's back': Fans dance, sing and cry after Céline Dion's comeback concert in Paris Céline Dion's first concert in years delighted fans, with the Canadian singer crying as she made an emotional comeback to the stage. It was Dion's first full concert in six years after she was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called stiff person syndrome, which forced her to cancel tours.
