Rice has also been managing hamstring and back pain but is confident he can start when England take on the world champions in Atlanta. England midfielder Declan Rice has trained after recovering from illness Elsewhere, Ezri Konsa suffered cramp and hamstring pain and was taken off against Norway, but staff believe that was a consequence of coming from the altitude of Mexico City to the extreme temperatures in Florida.
