Dana White breaks silence on conspiracy theory that Conor McGregor was INJURED before UFC 329
DANA WHITE has responded to the conspiracy theory surrounding Conor McGregor’s devastating UFC return. ‘The Notorious’ suffered a crushing first-round TKO loss to Max Holloway early this morning in the main event of UFC 329. McGregor, 37, appeared to injure his right knee after landing awkwardly a flying left kick in the opening seconds of the stanza. Replays of the Irishman seconds before he entered the cage, however, sparked unsubstantiated claims online that McGregor was compromised going into the bout. The theory was put to White in the aftermath of the injury. And the UFC supremo didn’t hesitate to reveal his thoughts on it. And for 80 million just on my accounts, you know, that number’s got to be massive, and nobody noticed anything. So there you go.” Defeat to Holloway was McGregor’s THIRD in a row and has extended his winless run to over SIX YEARS. He’s yet to break his silence on the loss, which has sparked fresh calls for him to retire.
